Details
These high-quality aluminum enclosures (or aluminium, if you're weird like that) are custom-made for all current production versions of the Ham It Up upconverter. A better option than unshielded cases, most certainly, and fairly priced as well.
The enclosures include the appropriate standoffs and screws to mount the upconverter. The color-matched side panels are included as well. Two color options are available - metallic blue with laser-etched labeling, and silver with color silkscreen labeling.
This enclosure will work for any Ham It Up we have ever sold with the larger USB-B socket. If you have v1.0 and would like to purchase this case please contact us for upgrade options.
NOTE: NOT compatible with Ham It Up v1.3 and higher. Enclosures for Ham It Up v1.3 are available in our store as a separate product.

Case looks good and seems to fit together well enough but was missing several screws to put it together ! It needs 10 (4 each for the two end plates + 2 which should screw into the stand-offs from outside the case) - it came with only 8.
This isn't ideal since I don't have any lying around and the case costs enough that I'd expect this sort of detail to be caught before the order shipped. (Posted on 3/16/2016)

Case is decent but it has poor Quality Control. The side panel for IF Output and bypass switch has it's holes drilled out incorrectly so it does not fit flush. Solved it by making the bypass switch hole bigger.
Also notice general scratches and generally poor workmanship
The Ham It Up is good the case however is a different story. (Posted on 11/18/2014)

Was easy to assemble. No directions needed. Effective RF shielding. Pretty blue color. All the labeling is accurate. Lightweight. I like it. Nooelec did a decent job in it's design.
4/5 stars for quality because the screw on the top right at the side of the antenna connector is to long and collides with the USB-B connector on the circuit board risking damage. (Posted on 10/4/2014)

Gorgeous case for the Ham It Up, but I noticed that the label for the Upconvert/Passthrough switch is reversed. Obviously doesn't harm anything, but it did catch me by surprise. Other than that it is a really nice quality case for the Ham It Up. (Posted on 4/16/2014)
