Meet the Ubertooth One! The Ubertooth One is an open-source wireless development platform operating at 2.4GHz, designed primarily Bluetooth experimentation.
The Ubertooth One is quite small at just 2.5" in length. The antenna input is RP-SMA (note: this is NOT the same as SMA!) to ensure compatibility with a wide-range of commercially available 2.4GHz antennas. Of course, a suitable 'rubber ducky' antenna is included at no extra charge to ensure you have everything you need to get started right away!
The PC interface is full-speed USB 2.0, controlled by a powerful Cortex-M3 microcontroller (LPC175x).
This device will not only allow you to receive AND transmit 2.4GHz signals, but will also allow you to monitor external Bluetooth traffic, all in real-time! This is a fantastic development for Bluetooth developers and security researchers.
Features:
- TX & RX capable with transmit power and receive sensitivity similar to other class-1 Bluetooth devices.
- Open-source, open-hardware design
- Included 2.4GHz RP-SMA antenna
- 10P JTAG connector for debugging
- ISP connector for in-system programming
- Additional expansion connector for connecting to a second Ubertooth
